It is a passion of mine to work with international communities and to support people from all over the US, as well as the States of Colorado, Texas, and Oregon. I am a volunteer and team leader with federal and state government organizations including the Emergency Management Assistance Compact and the Medical Reserve Corps of Puerto Rico.
Thank you so much for everyone who donated or offered support to make the incredible training happen with the Medical Reserve Corps of Puerto Rico February 7th and 8th, 2019! See above the first class in the Acupuncture Mission Ready Package in the Caribbean!
Class details:
The Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) is a national network of volunteers, organized locally to improve the health and safety of their communities. MRC volunteers include medical and public health professionals, as well as other community members without healthcare backgrounds. MRC units engage these volunteers to strengthen public health, improve emergency response capabilities and build community resiliency.
The Medical Reserve Corps of Puerto Rico (MRCPR) is trained in the Acupuncture Mission ready Package, the innovative capacity of using acupuncture in addition to other MRC capabilities. With this training the MRCPR will use acupuncture to support healing and recovery of psycho-social trauma in Puerto Rico with educating on and responding to community resilience through preparedness, response, and recovery activities.

A personal THANK YOU to LhasaOMS and Earseeds.com for your support and donations to this incredible training opportunity!
When you schedule acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatments with Rachelle Lambert it benefits your local community! Rachelle volunteers her time with the Emergency Management Assistance Compact and the Medical Reserve Corps of Puerto Rico. Rachelle also appreciates your understanding when a disaster occurs and she has to re-schedule her appointments last minute. Thank you to my patients who re-scheduled October 2017 to allow me to help with recovery from Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico as part of the State of Colorado Disaster Behavioral Health Team! |
