Rachelle takes special care and attention with her patients and their treatments. Scheduling as a mobile business is tricky as appointments are booked geographically, and often missed appointments cannot be filled on short notice. There is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the full price of your treatment.​

Ra Harmony Asian Medicine is an Oregon-based mobile business regularly serving regions between Florence and Eugene, and the Oregon Coast between Coos Bay and Newport. Treatments are available outside of the service area for an extra fee.

    Methods of payment include Cash, Check, Venmo, Health Savings Accounts, Flex Spending Accounts, and Debit/Credit card. 

    Please check with your provider before your scheduled treatment to see if acupuncture is covered under your plan, Rachelle Lambert is considered as an out-of-network practitioner. Payments will be taken the day of your treatment, and we can provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of your acupuncture, injection therapy (Colorado only), and Chinese herbal treatment. Reimbursement for your treatments depends on your insurance provider and your receipt from Ra Harmony's Asian Medicine and Rolling Acupuncture does not guarantee reimbursement from your provider.
